Exhibitor Rules for “BRACA” craft shows.

July 5& 6, 2007 Sat, 9am-5pm. Sun, 9am-5pm. Deadline May15, 2008.
2. “AUTUMN LEAVES FESTIVAL” (CLICK HERE FOR AN APPLICATION)
October 11 & 12, 2007. Sat, 9am-5pm. Sun, 9am-5pm. Deadline September 1, 2008.
3. “AUTUMN LEAVES FESTIVAL” (CLICK HERE FOR AN APPLICATION)
October 18 & 19, 2007. Sat, 9am-5pm. Sun, 9am-5pm. Deadline September 1, 2008.
SET-UP TIMES: DAY BEFORE SHOW, 4PM-7PM.  DAY OF SHOW, 7AM-9AM

Shows are held at the Haywood County Fair Grounds, Rt. 209, Lake Junaluska, N.C.
I-40 exit 24, south on Rt. 209, 2.8 mi. Or Lake Junaluska (WalMart) exit off Rt. 19-23.
All booths are inside. Booths are 10’x10’. Fee- $60 per weekend.
Deadlines stated above. All fees are non-refundable. Make checks payable to BRACA.
You will be notified of acceptance. If all spaces have been filled, you will receive a refund.
You will be given a space number upon arrival.
PLEASE NOTE: IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS FOR A QUALITY SHOW  

NEW THIS YEAR!!! All tables will rent for $5.00 each limit 2 per space and must be paid for at time of application.

** No food sales from craft booths

**Exhibitors will furnish their own display, set-up, tables, chairs, etc.
**All tables must have covers with skirts that go to the floor.
**All arts and crafts works displayed must be original; no kit products or commercially
manufactured projects allowed. Items must be made by the crafter and/or family.
**Booths must be set-up and in place each day of the show by opening time and
REMAIN UNTIL CLOSING TIME. NO BREAKDOWNS OR PACKING UP EARLY. ***********
**Exhibitors will be responsible for cleaning up their own space on the final day.
**No open containers of pot-pourri or other strong or offending odors.
**No smoking or open flames allowed in the building.
**All crafters must remove their vehicles from the show area and park in the designated area.
**NON-COMPLIERS will not be invited to participate in future shows.
The show committee will view each booth and reserve the right to insist on
the removal of any work that is unacceptable.
We encourage demonstrations of crafts.
